Purchases 2 New Accurpress Hydraulic Press Brakes: November 2011 - Accurpress Brakes will enable us to pursue new opportunities that require thicker material, taller, longer, and tighter tolerance forming capabilities. Each Press Brake uses new state of the art high precision tooling and is operated with a programmable servo-controlled CNC backstop gauging system ETS3000. Each system will accept 2-D graphical programming via high resolution 15" screen compatible with offline 3D modeling simulations along with Windows compatible file storage. Accurpress Brakes will allow us greater efficiencies for more competitive proposals with existing business, and for many other new possibilities and future forming challenges. These new Press Brakes will form all common types of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Specifications are:

Continues Manufacturing and Supplying Telecommunications Main Distribution Frames: October 2010 - General Devices is manufacturing and supplying Telecommnuncations Main Distribution Frames. General Devices MDFs are made of heavy duty angular steel, constructed into vertical and horizontal mounting bars. MDFs offer users several different family styles from Conventional and Low Profile to a Modular Series, either single-sided, or double-sided. Purchases New Super Turbo Mazak Laser: January 2009 - General Devices new Super Turbo-X 510, 4,000 watt laser enables a pursuit of new possibilities that may require thicker specialty steel metals, allows for more competitive proposals with existing business, and for many other new opportunties. Rugged and Durable - General Devices cargo slides are constructed with solid steel base, angular rollers and a removable plywood deck. Cargo slides offer the user the ability to move equipment or heavy loads from either side of a mobile vehicle by extending forward and backward.
